Who I am
I believe growth happens right in the middle of the mess—not around it. My work is about helping you reconnect your mind and body so you can show up with more honesty, confidence, and self-trust. When you stop performing and start actually listening to yourself, everything shifts.
Healing, to me, isn’t about soft lights and quiet music. It’s about facing your truth and learning to care for every part of you—mental, emotional, and physical. Sometimes that looks like somatic work or the kind of conversation that cracks something open. Other times, it’s as simple as slowing down long enough to breathe, wash your face with intention, or say “no” without guilt. Those moments of stillness and care? They’re not indulgent. They’re how you rebuild.
I hold a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, advanced training in Sex Therapy from the University of Guelph, and certification as a Sexual Health Coach. I’m also a licensed esthetician with over two decades of experience helping people reclaim self-care as a form of healing. Thousands of hours with individuals and couples have taught me this: skill matters, but lived experience hits different.
I’ve been married. Divorced. I’m a mom, a daughter, a friend—and a woman who’s had to start over more than once. I know what it means to rebuild from the inside out, to question everything, and to celebrate the small damn wins that keep you moving.
I’m not perfect, and I don’t expect you to be. I’m honest, curious, and deeply invested in your growth. Working with me means stepping into a space that’s raw, real, and rooted in truth.
If you’re ready to meet yourself differently—to stop pretending and start healing—book a consultation. Let’s talk, see if it feels right, and begin the work together.
Holistic Healing Philosophy
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering who you are beneath the pain.
My approach weaves together mind, body, and spirit so you can reconnect to the parts of yourself that got silenced by survival. Through somatic therapy, intimacy coaching, and mindful self-care, I help you build safety inside your body and honesty within your relationships.
True healing asks for presence, not perfection. It’s learning to meet your emotions without judgment, listen when your body speaks, and honor your needs instead of abandoning them. The goal isn’t to become someone new — it’s to return to the wholeness that’s been there all along.
This is the work:
To feel what’s been avoided.
To tell the truth.
To choose connection over control.
To come home to yourself.
