How are the sessions structured?
Each week includes a short opening, a core activity with guided prompts, group discussion, and a closing with at‑home practice from the workbook.
Is the program suitable for beginners?
Yes. The curriculum assumes no prior experience—only a willingness to reflect and engage with the exercises.
Can I go at my own pace?
Live groups meet weekly, but the reflective work is designed to be flexible—progress, not perfection.
What happens if I miss a session?
Groups meet in a Google Meet chat group which will be recorded. A link will be available to you in the private Facebook group for you to catch up on anything you missed.
