Is the program suitable for beginners?

Yes. The curriculum assumes no prior experience—only a willingness to reflect and engage with the exercises.

Do I get both the workbook and the facilitator guide?

Individuals receive the Participant Workbook. Facilitators receive both the Facilitator Guide and a participant license. If you’re unsure which option fits, email us and we’ll help.

Can I go at my own pace?

Live groups meet weekly, but the reflective work is designed to be flexible—progress, not perfection.
